Who owns the data in Mobble? To put it simply, the farmer does. We are hell bent on creating farmer-centric software, so it's a no brainier when we give the farmer complete ownership of their data.

As stated in our Customer Agreement (6.1.e) - "Mobble will not distribute or transfer the Data to any third parties without Customer's consent."

So what can Mobble do with farmers data?

We at Mobble can access farmers data to improve their experience using Mobble. We can modify, reformat, reproduce that data under the farmers request.

We can also make unspecific Derivative Materials from that data for our use. Such as, "Mobble helps mange over 1 million sheep and 50'000 cattle over 400 farms across Australia and New Zealand".
