Mobble is looking for a talented and passionate Customer Success Manager to help our start-up manage and grow our farming clients around the world. Mobble’s team is responsible for shaping the future of agriculture by helping thousands of farmers worldwide simplify farm management, connect their team, and make better decisions that ultimately make their lives easier and more successful.
We’ve been growing like crazy in 2021, signing on over 1000 farmers that manage 4,000,000 head of livestock units - and to support these farmers from all over Australia and New Zealand, we need your help!
This role will initially be part-time (2 to 4 days per week), and as we continue to grow it has the potential to turn into a full-time role. You’ll be working with our small, flexible and enthusiastic team, of which the majority have strong farming ties and grew up on family farms around Australia and New Zealand- so we understand farmers and are passionate about making their lives easier.
In this role, you’ll be the farmers’ voice to the company, working with operators big and small who are based across Australia and New Zealand. Key responsibilities;
