  • Type: Full-time

The Mobble Story

Mobble is a livestock farm management software that aims to make farmers' lives easier and more successful. It started on our founder's family farm as a humble idea to centralise all farm and livestock records. Now, we are helping nearly 4,000 Mobblers do just that. We are a small, passionate, remote-first team, dedicated to empowering the agricultural industry through better farm data communication.

The Role

Mobble is renowned for having some of the best customer service in the industry. Why? Because our team actually get it. We all come from Ag backgrounds, many of us still live on-farm, and we pride ourselves on knowing our clients by their first names. We are looking for an "all-rounder" to take this awesome farmer-led support out of the home office and into the field.

You will be our lead "boots on the ground" presence, splitting your time between supporting the wider customer success team with onboarding trials and calling renewals, and hitting the road for field days, roadshows, and farm visits. You’ll be a strategic partner to our Head of Product, Melanie Brown, gathering the kind of honest, over-the-fence feedback that only happens in person to help drive the product forward. This role is vital to our strategy as we expand across Australia, New Zealand, and into the Americas with plenty of room for personal growth.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver genuine, high-touch support that Mobblers love, both online and in person.
  • Represent us at major Ag events, field days, and regional roadshows across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Help lead our "boots on the ground" strategy, networking with local communities and industry people.
  • Work closely with our Head of Product to ensure the farmer's voice is heard at the highest level of our roadmap.
  • Support our Mobblers through the full lifecycle, from trial calls and onboarding to renewals and "how-to" texts.
  • Travel the world, and play a role in our expansion into the Americas market as we scale our regional presence.

For this role, you’ll need (key selection criteria):

  • You have a deep background in the industry. You don't just "know" livestock ag; you live it and speak it.
  • You’re an expert at building trust quickly and maintaining long-term, genuine connections with farmers.
  • A true desire to travel extensively across regional AU/NZ (and the world) to meet our Mobblers where they are.
  • You’re comfortable using and teaching software, with the ability to explain tech to someone who’d rather be out in the paddock.
  • Collaborative/team spirit; you work with the team to make our processes, product, and workplace better.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in AgTech sales or customer support.
  • A pre-existing network within the Australian or NZ livestock industry.
