Histories, Summaries and Reports

All your Mobble data is quick and easy to view through histories, summaries and reports. Here’s what they are and where to find them.

The Event Log displays every action that has occured on the entire property, in chronological order.

The Paddock or Mob History displays every action that has occured on the selected paddock or mob, in chronological order.

The Summaries are lists of records across the whole property, grouped by type, e.g. the Sales summary lists all sales recorded on the property.

Summaries include the Livestock Numbers Summary, which displays a quick overview of livestock numbers. It defaults to the selected property but you can multi-select additional properties via the top dropdown menu.

The Livestock Reconciliation Report provides a detailed reconciliation of livestock numbers and changes over time. It can be customised by date range, includes multi-property select, and can be downloaded as a .pdf or .csv file.

Web and Mobile

To access property history: 

1. From the paddocks or mobs page, select the Event Log in the top right corner (graph icon).

To access paddock history: 

1. Select Paddock from the main menu.
2. Select a paddock you want history on.
3. Select Paddock Info.
4. Select History tab.  

To access mob history: 

1. Select Mobs from the main menu.
2. Select the mob you want history on.
3. Select View Mob.
4. Select History tab.
5. Filter or Search the history using the buttons at the top of the list.

To access summaries: 

1. Select Summaries from the main menu.
2. Select a summary to view.

Web

To access Livestock Reconciliation Report:

1. Open the Mobble web-app.
2. Select Reports from the menu on the left.
3. Select desired date range and included properties from the dropdown menus at the top.
