Mobble for Auditors

Have you been invited to a Mobble property as an Auditor? The Auditor role allows you to view all information on the property relevant to an audit: mob and paddock histories, inventories, reports and the farm map. Here's how to navigate Mobble as an Auditor.

Accessing a Mobble Property

1. Open the invitation email from Mobble and click the link to set up your password.
2. Download the Mobble mobile app on Android or iOS, or use Mobble on your computer via the web app.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Navigate between properties using the dropdown at the top of the menu on the left.

Navigating Mobble

Here's where to find key information you might need as an auditor:

Mob histories is where to find past mob treatments and movements applied.

1. Select a mob from the Mobs or Maps page.
2. Click View Mob.
3. Navigate to the History tab to find past paddock treatments and products applied.

Paddock histories shows past mob treatments and products applied.

1. Select a paddock from the Paddocks or Maps page.
2. Click on Paddock Info.
3. Navigate to the History tab to find past mob treatments and products applied.

Summaries show all historical data on a property level such as all mob or paddock actions for the property. Histories and summaries contain a search field and a filter button to easily locate the records you need.

1. Access the Summaries section from the main menu.
2. Use the search field and filter button to locate specific records.

Inventories records what animal health products, herbicides, pesticides, fertilisers and feed are on-hand including expiry dates, batch IDs and withholding periods.

1. Navigate to the Inventories section via the main menu.
2. Select the inventory category of choice.
3. Select the inventory of interest.
4. Select View Item.

Maps will help you navigate the property and find paddocks and mobs. Current withholding periods can be easily identified via the map with a red dot on mobs and a red outline for paddocks in a withholding period.
