Mobble User Roles

There are currently three user roles in Mobble:

Owner: property owners have full access to all features in Mobble. They can manage the property by changing the roles of other users or remove them from the property. They can also delete the property, and change or cancel the subscription. There can only be one property owner.

Admin: Admins can access all features of Mobble. They can manage the property by changing the roles of other users or remove them from the property.

User: Users are restricted from accessing sensitive information including sales records, purchase records and reports. They can use all other Mobble features.

View Only: designed to give you the confidence to invite more farm hands, family members or contractors to Mobble without the risk of them making mistakes in the data. View only users can view everything in the app except sales records, purchase records and reports. They are restricted from editing anything except tasks and property chat.

To change a user role or remove a user from a property:

  1. From the menu on the left, go to Settings
  2. Select Users
  3. Select a user
  4. Choose to promote, demote or remove the user
