Who owns the data in Mobble? To put it simply, the rancher does. We are passionate about creating rancher-centric software, so we give the rancher complete ownership of their data.
As stated in our Customer Agreement (6.1.e) - "Mobble will not distribute or transfer the Data to any third parties without Customer's consent."
We at Mobble can access ranchers data to improve their experience using Mobble. We can modify, reformat, reproduce that data under the ranchers request.
We can also make unspecific Derivative Materials from that data for our use. Such as, "Mobble helps mange over 1 million sheep and 50'000 cattle over 400 ranches across Canada".
