How to Merge Herds

Herds can be merged on the condition that they are of the same breed and gender. If this condition is not satisfied, the herds will remain separate within the field. There are two ways to merge herds, (1) on entry to the field, (2) within the field.

Web and Mobile App

Merge on Entry:

1. Move herd(s) to field.
2. Select Merge Herds when prompted to merge herds on entry.
3. Select the herds you want to merge via the checkboxes.
4. Select Merge Herd.
5. Review resulting herd.
6. Select Merge Herds.

Merge Within a Field:

1. Select a Field.
2. Select View Herds.
3. Select the herds you want to merge via the checkboxes.
4. Select Merge Herds.
5. Review resulting herd.
6. Select Merge Herds.
