Mobble for Auditors

Have you been invited to a Mobble ranch as an Auditor? The Auditor role allows you to view all information on the ranch relevant to an audit: herd and field histories, inventories, reports and the ranch map. Here's how to navigate Mobble as an Auditor.

Accessing a Mobble Ranch

1. Open the invitation email from Mobble and click the link to set up your password.
2. Download the Mobble mobile app on Android or iOS, or use Mobble on your computer via the web app.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Navigate between ranches using the dropdown at the top of the menu on the left.

Navigating Mobble

Here's where to find key information you might need as an auditor:

Herd histories is where to find past herd treatments and movements applied.

1. Select a herd from the Herds or Maps page.
2. Click View Herd.
3. Navigate to the History tab to find past field treatments and products applied.

Field histories shows past herd treatments and products applied.

1. Select a field from the Fields or Maps page.
2. Click on Field Info.
3. Navigate to the History tab to find past herd treatments and products applied.

Summaries show all historical data on a ranch level such as all herd or field actions for the ranch. Histories and summaries contain a search field and a filter button to easily locate the records you need.

1. Access the Summaries section from the main menu.
2. Use the search field and filter button to locate specific records.

Inventories records what animal health products, herbicides, pesticides, fertilisers and feed are on-hand including expiry dates, batch IDs and withdrawal periods.

1. Navigate to the Inventories section via the main menu.
2. Select the inventory category of choice.
3. Select the inventory of interest.
4. Select View Item.

Maps will help you navigate the ranch and find fields and herds. Current withdrawal periods can be easily identified via the map with a red dot on herds and a red outline for fields under withdrawal period.
