The Program is currently available only to individuals who:
Mobble may expand or restrict the availability of the Program in other countries in the future. Until clearly stated otherwise by Mobble, the Program is not available in any country other than Australia and New Zealand.
2.1 Referrer Eligibility
To participate as a referrer (Referrer), you must:

4.3 Timing of Payment
Unless Mobble notifies you otherwise, Mobble will use reasonable efforts to pay Referrer Rewards after the Qualified Referral has been confirmed and any applicable waiting period has passed (for example, after the first 30 days of paid subscription).

After this time, Mobble may not be able to investigate or adjust the reward.
8.2 Mobble’s Determination
Mobble will review any dispute in good faith and may request additional information or evidence from you. Mobble’s decision as to whether a referral is a Qualified Referral and whether a Referrer Reward is payable will be final, subject to your rights under applicable law.
9.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information
