You can backdate herd moves to keep grazing/resting counters accurate - but there are some rules. Backdating does not affect historic livestock reports.
Web and Mobile App
- Move the herd via your preferred Herd Movement method.
- Select a date up to 14 days in the past.
Note: If moving a herd from the Map, you will need to select Advanced herd movement/split options to select a prior date. - Select Move Herd.
If backdating is allowed, the grazing/resting counters in the field information will adjust automatically.
If backdating is not allowed, you will see one of the below messages:
- "Backdating is limited to 14 days. Select a more recent date."
- "Cannot backdate beyond the last resting or grazing start date. This applies to all fields opened by gates."
- "Cannot backdate before herd's original move-in date."
- "Backdating herd move failed for unknown reason, please contact support at hello@mobble.io"
Please note: backdating updates Days Grazed and Days Rested counters; it does not update historic livestock reports.
