The Mobble Story 

Mobble is a cloud based livestock farm management software that aims to make farmers' lives easier and more successful. What started on our founder's family farm as a humble idea to centralise all farm and livestock records is now trusted by nearly 4,000 Mobblers globally. The Role

As Mobble's Head of Product, you'll be pivotal in making the product the best version of itself. Working closely with our CEO and Head of Engineering, you'll own the product journey from iteration to the final shipped product. Your main goal will be an unwavering commitment to making farmers’ lives easier through the implementation of our product roadmap. As a key member ofour leadership team, you'll help us to continue to scale across AU/NZ and beyond. .

A major focus of this role is operational excellence: you will be tasked with significantly increasing our development team's efficiency. You must be able to prioritise what matters, expertly managing handovers between customer support, product and engineering, and be attuned to what our farmers actually need on the ground.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Shape our product roadmap, turning big-picture company goals into clear, actionable plans.
  • Give our development team the clarity they need to build faster - writing clear requirements, scoping work accurately, and removing roadblocks.
  • Make the tough calls on what not to build, protecting the simple, easy-to-use experience our farmers love.
  • Act as the definitive voice of the product, aligning leadership, sales, customer success, and engineering around a shared vision.
  • Dig into farmer feedback and data to figure out what our Mobblers need.

For this role, you’ll need (key selection criteria):

  • Extensive leadership experience in product management within a SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of accelerating product delivery and optimising cross-functional workflows between product and engineering teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate, tactical execution.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of leading, motivating and aligning a fully remote team.
  • A deep user-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive user experiences.
  • Stay across emerging AI opportunities and help shape how we incorporate AI into the development team and the product to better support farmers.

Nice to haves:

  • Direct experience in Ag-Tech or a strong, empathetic understanding of the livestock/agricultural industry.
