Edit or Delete Herds and Fields

It's easy to edit any information within a herd or a field. You can use the edit function to update things like herd categories, change herd numbers if you've done a recount, fix any errors, or update field types for the season.

Web and Mobile App

Edit or delete a herd: 

1. From the herds page, select the herd.
2. Select View herd.
3. Select Edit (top right button).
4. Make adjustments.
5. Select Update herd (or Delete herd).

Edit or delete a field: 

1. From the fields page, select the field.
2. Select Field Info.
3. Select Edit (top right button).
4. Make adjustments.
5. Select Update field (or Delete field).

To edit field boundaries:

1. From the Fields page, select the field.
2. Select Field Info.
3. Select Edit (top right pencil button).
4. On the field map, select the green pencil button in the top right corner.
5. Edit the field boundaries by moving, deleting, or adding points on the map.
6. Select Update.
7. Select Update Grazeable Area.
8. Select Update Field.
