Mobble Connect allows ranchers to grant trusted partners limited access, while remaining in full control of their data. Advisors, Livestock Reps, accountants and contractors can be added to your ranch to view the information that allows them to provide their best assistance to the ranch.
Here's how it works
- Select Settings from the main menu.
- Select Mobble Connect.
- Select the appropriate partner role: Ranch Advisor, Livestock Rep, Accountant, or Contractor.
- Select Invite.
- Enter email.
- Select ranches to invite them to.
- Select Submit.
Your trusted partner will receive an email invitation with a link to set up a Mobble username and password. Once they log in they will be able to access the ranch information relevant to them.
Ranch Advisor Capabilities
- Can view all ranch pages except billing.
- Can add tasks/recommendations for the ranch.
- Can use Mobble Chat.
- Can't make edits (outside of tasks).
Livestock Rep Capabilities
- Can only view sales, purchases, livestock totals and herds.
- Can add/edit sales and purchases.
- Can use Mobble Chat.
- Can't make edits (outside of sales and purchases).
Accountant Capabilities
- Can only view sales, purchases, livestock totals, natural increases, livestock losses and herds.
- Can use Mobble Chat.
- Can't make edits.
Contractor Capabilities
- Can view the ranch maps.
- Can view tasks assigned to them and mark them as complete.
- Can use Mobble Chat.
- Can't make edits.
Note: inviting your trusted partners via Mobble Connect is free - it doesn't contribute to your subscription user limits.
Trusted partners can be invited to as many ranches as they need access to, and can view these ranches on both the web app and mobile app.
