Mobble for Ranch Advisors

Have you been invited to a Mobble ranch as a Ranch Advisor? The Ranch Advisor role allows you to view all the information on the ranch, add tasks (for recommendations) and use the Mobble Chat feature to communicate with everyone on the ranch. Here's how to navigate Mobble as an Advisor.

Accessing a Mobble Ranch

1. Open the invitation email from Mobble and click the link to set up your password.
2. Download the Mobble mobile app on Android or iOS, or use Mobble on your computer via the web app.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Navigate between ranches using the dropdown at the top of the menu on the left.

Navigating Mobble

Here's where to find key information you might need as a Ranch Advisor:

Individual herd histories can be accessed by selecting a herd:

1. Select Herd from the Herds or Maps page.
2. Select View Herd.

Individual field histories can be accessed by selecting a field:

1. Select a field from the fields page or from the map.
2. Select Field info.

Summaries is where you can access historical data on a ranch level such as all herd or field actions for the ranch.

1. Select Summaries from the main menu.
2. Select the category that you would like to see a summary for.

Histories and Summaries contain a search field and a filter button to easily locate the records you need.

Reports will give you access to livestock numbers for the whole ranch.

1. Select Reports from the main menu on web app.
2. View the Historic Livestock, Livestock Reconciliation or Livestock Sales reports.

The date range for each report is customizable, and the reports can be exported to a spreadsheet or PDF.

Inventories allow you to view see what animal health products or feed are on hand.

1. Select Inventories from the main menu.
2. Select the category of inventory you are interested in.

How to Add Recommendations

A Ranch Advisor can add recommended actions for the ranch via tasks. Tasks can be assigned to one person or to everyone on the ranch. They can be geolocated on the map or assigned to a field, and if you add a due date they will automatically generate a reminder on the day they're due.

1. Select Tasks from the menu.
2. Select the green plus button.
3. Select Add Task.
4. Enter task details.
5. Select Add New Task.
