Mobble's inventories are where you can track of the products you have on-hand. Products in an inventory can be added to Herd and Field Actions to create a record of an application and Mobble will automatically keep track of your product usage and the amount you have left. You can add products from both the Mobble web app and the mobile app into the following inventories:
- Herbicides, Pesticides & Fertilizers
- Animal Health
- Feed, Grain & Storage
How Inventories Work
Products are added to the inventory as items, and under each item you can add more product as batches.
When a product batch is applied via a herd or field action, the corresponding amount of product on hand in the inventory will be reduced automatically. Once a batch has been used up you'll be prompted to mark it as finished.
Mobble inventories are flexible so you can always adjust the total amount on-hand manually if you need to. If you want to keep using a batch after it's been finished, you can: just ignore the prompt and continue using the batch.
You can add inventory items and batches on the go while you're adding herd and field actions, or via the Inventories page.
Web and Mobile App
Add inventory item and first batch:
- Select Inventories from the main menu.
- Select the Inventory you want to access.
- Select the green add button.
- Select Add Inventory Item.
- Enter product details.
- Select Add to Inventory.
- Add batch details where relevant.
- Select Add new batch.
Add additional batches:
- Select Inventories from the main menu.
- Select the Inventory you want to access.
- Select the item.
- Select Add Batch.
- Enter batch details.
- Select Add New Batch.
Mark a batch as finished:
- Select Inventories from the main menu.
- Select the inventory you want to access.
- Select the item, then scroll or swipe to Batches.
- Select a batch, then Mark as Finished.
Adjust the total quantity of an item:
- Select Inventories from the main menu.
- Select the inventory you want to access.
- Select the item, then select Edit Quantity.
- Adjust quantity, then Save Changes.
View usage history for an inventory item:
- Select Inventories from the main menu.
- Select the inventory you want to access.
- Select the item, then select View Item.
- Swipe across to view History.
Share inventory to other ranches:
- Select Inventories from the main menu.
- Select the Inventory you want to access.
- Select Edit (top right pencil button).
- Select the dropdown button Ranches With Access.
- Select the checkbox next to ranches you want to share the inventory with.
- Close the ranch selector.
- Select Save Changes.
