Using Mobble for Compliance Record Keeping and Audits

Compliance records are essential to uphold the industry reputation for providing quality produce that meets animal welfare standards. Mobble is here to make your record keeping quick, simple and accessible at a moment's notice.

Here are some of the key features in Mobble that help make audits a breeze:

Herd Histories

Mobble provides a full history of each herd including:

• Animal health treatments
• Feed records
• Withdrawal times
• Herd movements including ranch movements, sales, purchases and livestock loss records

Individual herd histories can be accessed by selecting a herd from the Herds page, then select View Herd.

Field Histories

Mobble has a full history for each field including:

• Products applied (such as fertilizers and sprays)
• Withdrawal times
• Grazing history

Individual field histories can be found by selecting a field from the Fields page, then select Field Info.

Inventories

Mobble inventories are designed for quick and easy recording of products to meet compliance requirements. You can add products on the go, including:

• Expiry dates
• Batch numbers
• Withdrawal times
• Export slaughter intervals
• Product origins

Access the inventories via the menu on the left.

Summaries and Reports

Mobble makes it easy to view and export summaries of all key compliance info including all herd actions, field actions, purchases, sales, livestock losses and natural increases.

To access summaries:

1. Select Summaries from the menu on the left.
2. Select a summary.
3. Use the Search or Filter buttons to find what you need.
4. Use the Print or Download buttons in the top right to export a summary.

Ranch Map

The Mobble Ranch Map contains all your field and herd locations, and also displays which fields or herds are currently under withdrawal.

You can mark hazards and key infrastructure using Map Assets:

1. Select Map from the main menu.
2. Select the green plus button.
3. Select Add Map Asset.
4. Select Asset type from the dropbox at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select the asset location on the map and select Add Asset.
6. Enter Asset details and select Add Asset.

Add your Auditor to Mobble

You can make audits easy by giving your auditor temporary read-only access to your ranches via Mobble Connect. Here's how:

1. Select Settings from the main menu.
2. Select Mobble Connect, then select Auditor.
3. Invite Auditor, enter their email address and select relevant ranches
4. Select Submit

Auditors are given access for up to 30 days, or you can remove them any time.
