Mobble has integrated with Australian remote monitoring and automation tech company Farmo to give livestock producers one place to view and manage both their farm records and critical infrastructure.
The integration pulls Farmo’s remote sensor data directly into the Mobble platform, allowing farmers to view Farmo’s Water Rat trough monitors, water tank monitors, rain gauges and electric fence sensors directly on the Mobble Map, alongside livestock, paddocks and daily farm data.
Instead of switching between multiple platforms, farmers can see the status of their water infrastructure, rainfall and electric fences while planning grazing, moving stock or carrying out day-to-day management.
Nick Seymour, Founder of Farmo, says the partnership brings together two tools that many farmers already rely on every day.
"We have a lot of customers that are using Mobble as their everyday farm management tool and they don’t want to switch screens to see their Water Levels, Rainfall or other data from their Farmo sensors. It’s just convenient to see everything in the same place, but still be able to deep dive onto the Farmo App for device and alert configuration."
Mr Seymour says successful integrations work because they build on software farmers are already using.
"There have been attempts to aggregate data onto single platforms before, but it only really works when the aggregating platform offers value in itself and is already being used every day, as is the case with Mobble. It's the best of both worlds. Customers get the Mobble interface for everyday visibility and the Farmo app to configure devices and set alerts."
"Anything we can do to make technology easier to use is better for everyone. The Mobble and Farmo collaboration does just that by putting all your information together on the screen you use every day."
Mobble founder and CEO Jock Lawrence says the integration is another step towards creating a more connected digital farming experience.
“We’ve long admired everything that Nick and the team are doing at Farmo and this integration is just another step in allowing farmers to have the data they need for successful farm management in their hands - and in the hands of their team - when they need it.”
Once connected, farmers can:
By bringing remote sensor data into the same platform farmers already use for livestock management, the integration helps reduce unnecessary friction, identify potential issues sooner and make faster management decisions.
Whether you're checking water availability before moving stock, confirming recent rainfall across the property or keeping an eye on fence performance, the information is available where it's needed most - on the same map used to manage your livestock.
The Farmo integration is available now for Mobble customers using compatible Farmo sensors.
