Winter is officially here across Australia and New Zealand, and for some of you, it’s coming off the back of some great rainfall. We’ve seen a steady increase in rainfall tracking logged across Mobble over the last month. There are still lots of areas with a strong drought outlook, but hopefully rain is on its way as the cold weather sets in.
A huge congratulations to Mobble’s founder Jock Lawrence and his wife Gill on welcoming their second child a few weeks ago. Jock is taking parental leave for most of this month, and will return in late June.
Here is what’s happening in and around Mobble this month.
When: Tuesday 2nd June, 1pm AEST / 3pm NZST
Join us for our monthly webinar, happening tomorrow.
Samantha Glenn will be doing a live demo exploring how you can make this EOFY simpler and more efficient at your place with Mobble. There will be plenty of time for Q&A. Whether you want to watch live, or want to receive the recording to tune in later, register here.
Multi-Property Selection for Summaries is now live on mobile
Multi-property managers, this one's for you. You can now multi-select properties when viewing your livestock number summaries, directly from your phone.
To find this in the app, navigate to the Menu > Summaries > Livestock Numbers > Click on the property dropdown at the top of the page to select relevant properties.
This is available on the mobile app now - make sure you have the latest version of Mobble downloaded from the app store.
It’s been a few months since we rolled out Files & Photos Uploads, and we’ve been absolutely blown away by how you’re using it. Mobblers have already uploaded over 5,300 files!
The data shows that Sales records are your #1 primary use case (making up nearly 40% of all uploads), closely followed by Purchases and Mob Actions. We love seeing how this simple feature is tackling the dreaded "glovebox full of paperwork" problem.
Here is how some of our early-adopter Mobblers are using the feature to simplify compliance and drop the admin time:
We are incredibly excited to partner with the team at A Place To Call Home podcast and Pandaemonium Paper for their Ag Innovation series. Both platforms thoughtfully explore regional Australian life, agriculture, and the stories of the people who make our rural communities so vibrant.
The episode with Mobbler Mark Carolan has just gone live (listen here), and listen to podcast host Sam Fryer talk about AgTech on he and his wife’s farm here, or tune in wherever you listen to podcasts.
Field day season is ramping up, and the Mobble team is heading North this month to catch up with our Queensland community.
Come visit our sites in Toowoomba and Emerald to see a live demo, grab some merch, or chat with us about what features you love and what you’d like to see built next!
If you're heading along, make sure to pop by and say hello to the team.
We’re working on a few improvements in the app that you can look out for:
