It’s always a good month when we get together for our quarterly catch ups! This time around we focussed on how we work together across the customer team and development team to ensure efficient teamwork so we can better serve our Mobblers. Speaking of working together, we’re busy behind the scenes developing a new and exciting feature, Mobble Connect, to keep all members of the farming team on the same page. Read on!

Mobble Connect - working with service providers 🤝

We have a pretty major thing in common with farm service providers - we all want to help make farmers’ lives easier and more successful. To help achieve this mission from our end, we’re looking to create multi-user access to help get more of the farming team involved with Mobble. In short, Mobblers will get the option to add their service providers with restricted access. If you’re a farm service provider (farm advisor, stock agent, accountant, contractor etc..), we’d love to get in touch and have a chat about how Mobble can work in with your day-to-day.

Mobble’s quarterly catch-up  🖥️

From Hawkes Bay, NZ to Thallon, QLD and everywhere in between - each quarter we get together to reflect, make plans and connect as a remote team.

Last week we focussed on making sure all the Mobble puzzle pieces fit together perfectly. With a goal to create better efficiency, alignment and success for the next quarter and beyond. Lots of exciting things in the pipeline. Can’t wait to share with you all!

Shout out to long-time Mobbler Anna Fairbairn-Calvert for joining us remotely from the side-by-side out in the paddock to answer our questions about how she uses Mobble. Thanks Anna!

Bug fixes 🐛

Our favourite things about our latest app update? Exciting new features, faster app, better functionality and a more user experience. 

Our least favourite thing? Bugs! Recent fixes include:

• Better offline functionality
• More immediate mob moves via the map 
• Can now add rainfall via the rain gauges page
• Removed property selector on Move Mob when there's only one property
• App information update delays fixed
• Editing Mob Actions in web-app is working again

Rest assured we are jumping on fixes quickly with all hands on deck to make certain Mobble is working as it should. Please continue to let us know if something isn’t working the way you’d expect.

On the road again, southern NSW🚘

We’re dropping in to Riverina Field Days in Griffith on the 12th of May. No stall for us this year, but we will be walking around and keen to have a few chats. Look out for the 6”7 guy in a bright green Mobble shirt - shouldn’t be too hard to miss!

What’s next?

Big focus on our upcoming Mobble Connect feature over the next couple of months. We’re scoping out the best ways to get service providers involved with Mobble - starting off with farm advisors. We’re also starting work on a ‘view only’ user role. How will this work? A ‘view only’ user can view most pages in Mobble but can’t make any changes. We’ve had a lot of Mobblers request this user role, so we’re excited to deliver!
