Mobble Inventories

Mobble's inventories are where you can track of the products you have on-hand. Products in an inventory can be added to Mob and Paddock Actions to create a record of an application and Mobble will automatically keep track of your product usage and the amount you have left. You can add products from both the Mobble web app and the mobile app into the following inventories:

• Herbicides, Pesticides & Fertilisers
• Animal Health
• Feed, Grain & Storage

How Inventories Work

Products are added to the inventory as items, and under each item you can add more product as batches. 

When a product batch is applied via a mob or paddock action, the corresponding amount of product on hand in the inventory will be reduced automatically. Once a batch has been used up you’ll be prompted to mark it as finished.

Mobble inventories are flexible so you can always adjust the total amount on-hand manually if you need to. If you want to keep using a batch after it’s been finished, you can: just ignore the prompt and continue using the batch.  

You can add inventory items and batches on the go while you’re adding mob and paddock actions, or via the Inventories page.

Web and Mobile App

Add inventory item and first batch:

1. Select Inventories from the main menu.
2. Select the Inventory you want to access.
3. Select the green add button.
4. Select Add Inventory Item.
5. Enter product details.
6. Select Add to Inventory.
7. Add batch details where relevant.
8. Select Add new batch.

Add additional batches: 

1. Select Inventories from the main menu.
2. Select the Inventory you want to access.
3. Select the item.
4. Select Add Batch.
5. Enter batch details.
6. Select Add New Batch.

Mark a batch as finished: 

1. Select Inventories from the main menu.
2. Select the inventory you want to access.
3. Select the item, then scroll or swipe to Batches.
4. Select a batch, then Mark as Finished.

Adjust the total quantity of an item: 

1. Select Inventories from the main menu.
2. Select the inventory you want to access.
3. Select the item, then select Edit Quantity.
4. Adjust quantity, then Save Changes.

View usage history for an inventory item:

1. Select Inventories from the main menu.
2. Select the inventory you want to access.
3. Select the item, then select View Item.
4. Swipe across to view History.

Share inventory to other properties:

1. Select Inventories from the main menu.
2. Select the Inventory you want to access.
3. Select Edit (top right pencil button).
4. Select the dropdown button Properties With Access.
5. Select the checkbox next to properties you want to share the inventory with.
6. Close the property selector.
7. Select Save Changes.
